Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that these delivery times are an estimation and can differ.
If you need to place an urgent order, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping prices will be displayed while placing your order. We provide our customers with fair shipping rates.
Belgian orders are usually delivered in 3 days.
EU orders are usually delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
For orders outside the EU, please contact us at email@example.com. Orders outside the EU are usually delivered in 8 to 10 business days.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been shipped. If you don't receive your tracking information within 48 hours after the order has been made, please contact us at email@example.com.
After an order has been delivered to the correct delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please allow up to 10 working days for EU orders and up to 3 weeks for overseas orders before placing a lost or stolen request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment the goods are delivered. The costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to Belgium shall be borne by you. Please fill in the return form, added within your package, and add it to the article you want to return.
Before returning your item, send us an email at email@example.com to inform us what you want to return. Don't forget to mention your order number, so that your return can easily be processed.

For orders that are returned to us from outside the EU kindly note: Any duties/costs related to the return have to be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.
A product which you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:
It must be in new condition.
It must include the JULIE HOUBEN garment tag.
It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
It must be complete (i.e. together with all items such as a belt, keychain etc. which came with the original product).
It must be packaged in a sufficiently sturdy box (neutral and not showing a logo), so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.
Once your return reaches us, and is in accordance with the conditions above, we will arrange for a refund within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to only make a refund when the goods have reached us.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order.
If the order was (partially) paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued and sent via e-mail.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted if necessary.
Please kindly note that if you are purchasing online from outside of Belgium, you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. JULIE HOUBEN is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
